Here are some of the additional benefits of time cards:
Employee time thresholds can now be set, which means that managing overtime and double time can be automated after you make the rules. Set and forget! If a predetermined threshold is ever exceeded, a notification will be sent instantly to the employee, administrator, and manager, while the entry in question gets automatically (re)categorized as overtime or double time.
Efficiency multiplies when employees take control, and with Time Cards, they can quickly and accurately clock in and out of shifts, neatly switch between projects and clients, and take scheduled breaks, both paid and unpaid. After these set breaks are taken, an alert will let the employee know it’s time to get back to work.
Time rounding allows for all tracked time to be rounded up or down. As an example, if someone clocks in at 1:56 for a 2:00 shift, this would be recorded for payroll as 2:00.
Time Clock Kiosk
A physical time clock is now part of Time Tracker. This kiosk utilizes facial detection tools to make clocking in and out easy and precise. No more worries about time theft or buddy punching with accurate identification and added security in the form of a 4-digit pin code, unique to each employee. Your staff ‘s image will be attached to a time entry once captured, enabling phase one of a two-part process.
Phase two is facial recognition. After an employee’s identity is verified after an initial image capture, they can then punch in their exclusive pin code, enabling them to clock in and out of their shifts and eliminating buddy punching. If there is ever a time where an employee attempts to clock in or out for a friend, an email will be dispatched to the admin.

On The Clock
Keep a consistent and precise record of the whereabouts of each of your employees with geolocation features, all in real-time. A consistent and recurring synching of data entry (every 10 minutes) means that confirming a location of older time entries is no problem. GPS data is stored and saved for up to two months after it is captured, so you can verify locations once an employee’s time entry has been entered and saved.
The ‘On The Clock’ feature also means that it is straightforward to map time for all entries. What this means is that you will be able to see who is on the clock at any given time, and where they are. Verification of locations, travel and route times, and the recognition of potential inefficiencies in these areas means improved productivity for everyone.

GPS Time Tracking for Time Cards:
With mobile GPS time tracking for time cards, you’re able to see the real-time status of your employees and know who is clocked in, on a break or clocked out. To view the history of one or more employees simply click on their name and view the details of their day’s activities. Only clocked-in locations are actively tracked; when an employee is clocked out or on a break, they have complete privacy. Once they clock back in, their last known location will be recorded.
GPS Time Tracking for Timers:
GPS time tracking information is recorded based on the status of the timer. Employees are able to record multiple locations when using timers as they may have more than one timer running. When an employee saves their time entry, the admin will see a record of the route taken showing all of their movements. When a timer is stopped or paused the employee’s location is private. When the timer is reactivated the last known location will be recorded.
