There’s always a long way to do things, but we’re really fond of doing things the short way. Time Tracker shortcuts make that easy.
As you get to know the Time Tracker system, buddy up with these three features to save time, every time (just think, more available hours to bill!).
Time Tracker shortcuts
1. The orange “Create New” Button on the top navigation bar. Click it and a drop-down appears with shortcuts to popular actions like: Creating an Invoice, making a Time or Expense Entry or Adding a Contact:
2. The “My Shortcuts” Link. Whenever you are on a page you plan to revisit often, click the “Add to My Shortcuts” button. A fast-link to that page will now appear in the bottom right corner of your Dashboard.
3. The “List Action Drop Down” Menu. Whenever you see a list of something on eBillity – invoices, projects, time entries etc – try clicking the little down arrow to the far right of the row. A drop-down menu of most-likely next actions will appear for easy access.
